One year of coverage on every part. A second year free when you show off your install. Claims handled here in North America.

Standard warranty — 1 year

Every product we sell is covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In most cases you won't even need to ship anything back — clear photos and videos of the issue are usually all it takes.

Warranty Extension — a 2nd year, free

Proud of the install? So are we. Extend your coilover or shock warranty from 1 year to 2 years at no cost:

Capture photos or video of your installation or finished setup.
Post them publicly on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, or TikTok with #FAPO (add #ad or #promotion where local advertising rules require it).
Send us the post link and your order number through the Contact page — we'll confirm your extension within 5 working days.

Extension applies to products purchased directly from fapo-na.com, for the original purchaser, one claim per product. Posts must remain public. Program terms may be updated over time.

Making a claim

Reach out through the Contact page with your order number, the product SKU, clear photos showing the issue (video helps for anything that moves or leaks), and a short description of when it appeared. We review claims within 2 business days and may ask for a little more detail to pin down the cause. Approved claims are resolved with repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, accidents, or abuse; normal wear and tear (seals, boots, and finishes age with use); unauthorized modification or repair; products bought from unauthorized sellers; and damage caused by improper installation or maintenance. Our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the product itself — labor, installation, towing, and downtime aren't covered.

Service beyond the warranty

Coverage is only half the story. Because your kit is backed by FAPO North America, it's supported for the long haul: rebuild and spare parts, spring changes, and custom valving — from people who actually service what they sell.
